Thank you for shopping with fableridge.com. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our items are made-to-order using third-party fulfillment partners, please read the following return policy carefully.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind)
  • Incorrect sizing ordered
  • Custom/personalized items

We encourage customers to double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before completing an order.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost or provide a refund to your original payment method.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and may offer a replacement. We are not responsible for items marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received—please check with your local post office or delivery service.


❌ Order Cancellations

Because products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered production, which typically begins shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If a refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
